PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 25, 2011 – On July 19th 2011, Pratt and Associates, LLC was awarded the prestigious Summit Award for Outstanding Customer Service and Buyer Satisfaction from Professional Warranty Corporation (PWC). Presenting the award to Pratt and Associates and it's dedicated staff of professionals was Roger Langford, Regional Director of Sales, and Ben Harwell, VP of Sales and Marketing, for PWC.

PWC is a ten-year insured warranty program that is provided on all Pratt homes. The PWC program is insured by Steadfast, a member company of Zurich NA, an A.M. Best A+ rated insurance carrier.

The insured warranty program provides the basis for establishing the buyer-builder relationship by stating performance standards for warranty work, if necessary, during the first two years after closing and is insured for the buyer that the work will be completed to the level of the stated performance standards. The insurer assumes the builder’s liability for the structure during years three through ten. Low cost binding arbitration is available throughout the ten-year term of the warranty to resolve any disputes under the warranty.
